Website and membership terms

These terms govern use of PacificTradePrinter.com. Checkout is not yet enabled; final purchase, renewal, production, shipping, and custom-order disclosures will be shown for acceptance before any live transaction.

Membership eligibility and model

A valid California resale certificate must be submitted and approved before membership can be activated. Certificate review is an eligibility requirement, not a membership benefit.

Membership provides account access to eligible printed products priced at our stated production cost without an added product markup. Shipping, taxes, special handling, design services, rush services, and other clearly disclosed charges are separate. “At cost” does not mean free and does not guarantee the lowest price available from every seller.

Numeric membership pricing is disclosed only after the customer’s registration and California resale certificate are both approved.

Membership renews indefinitely using Square cadence THIRTY_DAYS or calendar ANNUAL until cancelled. Cancellation is scheduled for period end: future renewal stops, ordering access remains only through the already-paid entitlement end, and no prorated membership refund is issued. Square-confirmed renewal and paid-through dates control; an annual term is not promised as exactly 365 days.

Using a new card requires separate, explicit consent for Square to vault that payment method. Saved methods may be selected for future membership charges or disabled through the account page. A card funding an active subscription must first be replaced or the membership scheduled for cancellation. Removing a card does not itself cancel a membership or change any paid entitlement.

Accounts

Provide accurate information, protect credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Resale status is not effective until approved. We may request updated documentation or revoke tax-exempt status when records are invalid or expired.

Custom artwork and final sales

You must have rights to all submitted artwork and content. We may reject unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, dangerous, or technically unsuitable material. Screen colors and physical print colors can differ. Product-specific specifications, proofs, production estimates, and total charges will be presented before purchase.

Every printed product is made to the buyer’s specifications. Product sales are final, with no returns or exchanges. Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after submission because they automatically enter production. Customers are responsible for reviewing product choices, quantities, artwork, spelling, addresses, finishing, shipping, and charges before submitting an order.

Damaged or materially defective products

The final-sale policy does not remove remedies required by applicable law or an expressly stated production guarantee. Report shipping damage or a material production defect promptly, retain the products and packaging, and provide the order number and clear photographs for review.

Acceptable use

Do not probe security, automate abusive requests, upload malicious files, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the service unlawfully. We may restrict abusive activity to protect customers and the service.

Disclaimers and liability

The site is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Final commercial warranty and liability terms require business approval before checkout launches.

Updates

We may update these terms. Material membership changes will be communicated as required before they apply.
