Can you design my artwork for free?

Yes. Design and layout services are free when you purchase a product. Choose “Free design with purchase” on the product page, describe what you are looking for, and optionally upload any logos, photos or drafts you already have. We will reach out if we have any questions. We will email you a digital proof to review and approve before printing. Design and proof approval time is additional to production turnaround.

How quickly will my order be printed?

Our normal production turnaround is 1 business day after your artwork is approved and passes our file checks. Design and proof approval time is additional. Check your product page for its production estimate. Weekends and public holidays do not count as business days, and shipping time is additional.

How do I see a price?

Open a product and choose your size, available paper and finishing, and quantity. Your print price updates with your selections. Packaging, shipping and applicable tax are shown at checkout.

Who can open an account?

Everyone is welcome: businesses, designers, resellers and individuals. You do not need a resale certificate to create an account or order.

Can I add a resale certificate?

Yes. If you resell printing and have a valid resale certificate, you can upload it when you sign up or from your account. New accounts are taxable by default. Tax exemption applies only after your certificate has been reviewed and approved.

Can I cancel or change an order after I place it?

Print orders are final. Uploaded artwork can enter production immediately. If you choose our design service, you can request artwork changes while reviewing your digital proof; we print only after you approve it. Check your quantities, print options and delivery details before ordering.

What if the job arrives wrong?

If work is defective or does not match your supplied or approved artwork, we reprint it at our cost or credit your account. Email us within 7 business days of delivery with photos. We do not issue cash refunds on printed work.

Can you ship directly to my customer?

Yes. Enter your customer’s delivery address at checkout. Shipments show Pacific Trade Printer and our shop address as the sender.
