2. Who can order
Our premium printing services are available to businesses, designers, resellers and individuals. A resale certificate is not required to open an account or order.
When you create an account online, confirm your email address using the approval link we send. Your account is approved automatically after email confirmation.
Provide accurate account and contact information, and keep your login credentials secure. If you submit a resale certificate, it must be valid and accurately identify the purchasing business. Let us know if an approved certificate expires or your eligibility changes.
3. Order payment
You pay for each print order, including packaging, shipping and applicable tax. The total is shown before you submit the order. Card payments are processed by Square.
If an order payment fails, the order cannot proceed until payment succeeds. See our refund & cancellation policy for order terms.
4. Pricing and taxes
Product pricing is available throughout the catalogue. Configure your product to see the price for the size, stock, finish and quantity you choose.
Prices can change as material and freight costs change. The price shown when you submit an order is the price you pay for that order.
New customer accounts are taxable by default. Applicable sales tax is added at checkout. If you buy eligible products for resale, you may submit a valid resale certificate for review. Uploading a certificate does not automatically make your account exempt; an exemption must be approved before it applies. Resellers remain responsible for any tax obligations on sales to their own customers.
5. Orders are final
Everything we produce is custom manufactured to your files. Submitting an order releases it to production immediately. Orders cannot be cancelled, changed or refunded after submission. This is set out in full in our refund & cancellation policy, which forms part of these terms.
Where a job is defective or does not match the file you supplied, our responsibility is to reprint it or credit your account, as described in that policy.
6. Your artwork and files
You keep ownership of your artwork. By uploading files you grant us the licence we need to produce, proof, impose, print, finish and ship your order, and to keep a copy for reprint and dispute purposes.
You warrant that, for everything you send us:
- you own the rights, or have permission from whoever does;
- the content does not infringe anyone's copyright, trademark, publicity or privacy rights; and
- the content is lawful.
We run a free preflight check on uploads and flag obvious problems such as low resolution, missing bleed and colour-space issues, but preflight is a courtesy check, not proofreading. We print what you approve. We do not check spelling, content, layout or accuracy.
You agree to indemnify us against claims, damages and costs arising from content you supplied or from your breach of these warranties.
7. What we will not print
We decline, and may stop mid-production, any job that involves:
- counterfeit goods, forged documents, fake identification or fraudulent currency, tickets or credentials;
- material that infringes someone else's intellectual property;
- child sexual abuse material or any other unlawful content;
- content promoting violence against, or the dehumanisation of, people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation;
- anything else we reasonably judge to be unlawful or to expose us to liability.
We may close an account that repeatedly submits such work, and we report unlawful material where the law requires it.
8. Your account
Keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for everything done through your account, including orders placed by your staff. Tell us immediately at Support@PacificTradePrinter.com if you think your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or close an account for non-payment, misuse of account credentials, fraudulent certificate submissions, or breach of these terms. We will refund nothing on closure for cause, and we will still produce and ship any orders already submitted where it is lawful to do so.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any order — in contract, tort or otherwise — is limited to the amount you paid us for that order, and our remedy of reprint or account credit is your exclusive remedy.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit, lost business, lost customers, wasted mailing or postage costs, or the cost of an event or campaign that a print job was intended for. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of The State Of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the courts serving that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you submit an order is the version that governs that order, and the "last updated" date above tells you when the wording last changed. We will communicate material changes to your account terms by email.
