This policy explains how Pacific Trade Printing collects and uses information when you visit PacificTradePrinter.com, create an account, submit a resale certificate, request support, or—once checkout launches—buy a membership or printed product.

Information we collect

• Account and contact data: company, contact name, email, phone, password hash, billing and shipping addresses.
• Transaction data: membership, order, payment status, shipping selection, consent timestamps, and transaction references. Card number, CVV, and other sensitive card-entry data are collected in Square-hosted fields and never reach or are stored by us. If you explicitly opt in to save a card, Square vaults it; we retrieve only masked brand, last-four, and expiration metadata when needed and do not persist Square card IDs locally.
• Resale documentation: certificates and review status used to evaluate tax-exempt sales.
• Device and security data: IP-derived security identifiers, browser information, timestamps, logs, and cookie preferences.
• Communications: messages submitted through our contact and privacy-request forms and bounded transactional-email delivery metadata such as recipient, message type, provider acceptance or failure status, timestamps, and sanitized provider references.

How we use information

We use information to provide accounts and orders, process memberships, calculate shipping and tax treatment, prevent fraud and spam, support customers, maintain records, improve the service, and comply with law. We do not use resale documents for advertising.

Service providers and disclosures

We may disclose necessary information to hosting and security providers, Square for payments, USPS and related carriers for rates and delivery, transactional-email providers for necessary account and operational messages, professional advisers, and authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal information for money. Optional advertising or analytics technology will remain disabled unless allowed through Cookie Settings, and applicable opt-out signals are honored.

Retention and security

We retain information only as reasonably needed for accounts, tax and transaction records, disputes, security, and legal duties. We use access controls, encryption in transit, restricted private document storage, rate limiting, and audit logs. No system can guarantee absolute security.

Your U.S. privacy choices

Depending on your state and whether applicable legal thresholds are met, you may have rights to know, access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal data and to opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling. We do not discriminate for exercising a privacy right. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted.

Use our contact form and select “Privacy request.” We will verify requests before disclosing or deleting account information. You may also use Do Not Sell or Share. We honor recognized Global Privacy Control signals for that browser.

Children

This business service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
