Numeric membership pricing is available only to signed-in customers whose registration and California resale certificate are both approved.

Approval requirement
Business registration approval and California resale certificate approval are separate, auditable decisions. Both must be approved before plan prices or checkout are available.
Recurring billing and cancellation
The selected plan renews indefinitely at Square’s THIRTY_DAYS or calendar ANNUAL cadence until cancellation. Period-end cancellation stops future renewal, keeps access only through the confirmed paid-through date, and provides no prorated membership refund.
Ordering activates only after a signed payment event is reconciled to a fully paid invoice. Annual dates are Square-confirmed calendar dates, not a fixed 365-day promise.
